Mica

Band heaters with mica insulation are made with high quality nickel-chromium wire (80-20). The mica insulation allows high temperatures up to 500° C. The structure and covers are made from galvanized steel or stainless steel. The power can reach up to 4W x Cm².

The band heaters are custom-made with different terminations, leads or screw terminals and several mounting configurations of different close fit: straps, metallic wedge, hinged half-band, hexagonal socket screw, etc. Box protection, special plugs, optional terminal box and ceramic terminals also available

Built on ceramic elements of steatite can increase its power up to 8W x cm². The cover is made of stainless steel with fiberglass insulation to prevent thermal leakage. The grip is made with screws and springs. The type of electrical connection can be output by European rapid plug, cables, terminal box, etc.
